Service was excellent, wings were hot, but portions were small, especially dessert, management shouldn't be that bloody cheap

Stood at the reception for nearly 3 minutes waiting to be seated, hardly any customers not one staff member approached me they just looked through the glass

I ordered take out from here on the weekend on our way home. We ordered a salad, wings, and ribs. The salad did not have any dressing on it and the wings were supposed to come with ranch. By the time we realized that neither one was with our order it was too late to turn around. I sent a complaint on the website and got an email saying that someone would get back to me within two business days. I still have not had a response. This has been some of the worst customer service that I have ever had.
